The problem here is that a third party installer often leaves the client with the burden to prove that a problem is due to bad product and not faulty installation. The client also has to manage the problem and pay significant amounts for servicing, while the manufacturer only provides parts.

who do not manufacture, but focus on sales, installation and service.

If we are undercut (on an apples to apples comparison) we will match the price, while still exceeding the service and quality of our competitor.
When you call, we will give extensive product information, as well as a prices according to your rough dimensions.
We can then schedule a sales appointment at your convenience.
On Site Consultation
Our salesman will arrive on time and will verify the dimensions and installation options with you.
He will show you fabric samples as well as a life size demo unit, while also addressing specific unique qualities and features.
He will present a written proposal including all details and features as discussed with you.
If there are no changes in dimension, features, or installation, the price will remain as quoted over the phone.
The price presented by the salesman is all inclusive ( we quote the final amount on your check for a fully completed job. There will be no additional costs to you beyond those on the original proposal.
You will be asked for your signature and a 50% deposit and you will retain a copy of the agreement. All sales are final because we immediately call your custom order in to the factory.
Order & Installation
Your awning is shipped fully assembled, bubble wrapped, with all the mounting hardware and components included. Please do not call us beforehand as we cannot do any scheduling before the awning leaves the factory. We will set an installation appointment upon the arrival of the awning. Installation will be within approximately 3 weeks of commitment and you will only pay the remaining amount after completion and inspection. Most installations are completed in one day.
You will receive no more than one call to follow up on your decision and one to confirm your satisfaction.
