Awning providers fall into 3 broad categories that typically have these characteristics:

1. National Retailers

• No installation or service backing
• Marginal quality with guarantees of 90 days to 5 year Pro-Rated (in year 3 you have lost 60% of your guarantee)

The problem here is that a third party installer often leaves the client with the burden to prove that a problem is due to bad product and not faulty installation. The client also has to manage the problem and pay significant amounts for servicing, while the manufacturer only provides parts.

2. Local “boutique type” specialist manufacturers

• High price
• Potentially good quality
• Potentially good service
• Low volume, high owner involvement and high overhead costs prohibits low prices – unless “subsidized” by poor quality or poor service.

3. Dealers specialists . . .
who do not manufacture, but focus on sales, installation and service.

• Quality according to the factory of origin
• Potentially good service.
• The lack of customization and local manufacturing capacity limits the product range to that of their national manufacturer.

• We will not bait and switch, nor create high pressure situations, nor haggle with our clients.
• We do full service installations, even making modifications to accommodate bay windows, chimneys and gutter or downspout diversions etc.
• We provide free service calls for guarantee requests or any adjustment that is beyond the technical ability of the client. (We never repair, but instead replace with new parts)

What To Expect

When you call, we will give extensive product information, as well as a prices according to your rough dimensions.

We can then schedule a sales appointment at your convenience.

On Site Consultation
Our salesman will arrive on time and will verify the dimensions and installation options with you.

He will show you fabric samples as well as a life size demo unit, while also addressing specific unique qualities and features.

He will present a written proposal including all details and features as discussed with you.

If there are no changes in dimension, features, or installation, the price will remain as quoted over the phone.

The price presented by the salesman is all inclusive ( we quote the final amount on your check for a fully completed job. There will be no additional costs to you beyond those on the original proposal.

You will be asked for your signature and a 50% deposit and you will retain a copy of the agreement. All sales are final because we immediately call your custom order in to the factory.

Order & Installation
Your awning is shipped fully assembled, bubble wrapped, with all the mounting hardware and components included. Please do not call us beforehand as we cannot do any scheduling before the awning leaves the factory. We will set an installation appointment upon the arrival of the awning. Installation will be within approximately 3 weeks of commitment and you will only pay the remaining amount after completion and inspection. Most installations are completed in one day.

Follow Up
You will receive no more than one call to follow up on your decision and one to confirm your satisfaction.
