Some metro areas require more than one dealer, in order to keep driving costs and response time down, while still offering great local service without excessive cost. It could also be that the dealer in you area is about to retire or to transition out of the industry. Because our industry is highly seasonal, we are always interested in quality people who can help us maintain high service levels and fast response times for our awning clients in the spring and summer (peak periods in most markets).
Your initial cash investment is minimal because:
1) All our business structures are in place
2) We use our existing business momentum to facilitate your start-up
3) We do not dump the risk of a start up on you with an up front franchise or dealer fee.
In short, we win together or lose together – so we will not engage in a marginal venture.
An ideal candidate will be strong in managing people in a sales and service process. Technical knowledge of awnings is not an initial requirement since we can teach you all you need to know about awnings. You are welcome to play it safe and first engage with us as an installer or salesman before you commit as a dealer.
