Because our industry is highly seasonal, we are always interested in quality people who can help us maintain high service levels and fast response times for our awning clients in the spring and summer (peak periods in most markets)
We do not follow the stereo type “intrusive and tenacious” sales approach.
Potential clients receive all available information regarding product and price when the make a phone inquiry. Clients are screened in the sense that they are fully aware of our price and business process and are asked to first review their budget and our product quality before requesting an in-home sales demonstration. We do not push for accessories or “upsales“. We do not bait & switch.
We therefor commit to quality clients rather than volume. This enable us to deliver great service to the clients that matter and minimizes wasted time and costs. This protection for our salesmen facilitates aggressive prices without sacrificing product quality or service.
In some cases sales and installation is done by the same person. This works great if you have both skill sets, but it is not a requirement. You do not need to have prior awning experience. We can teach you what you need to know.
