Thank you for sending the awning cap that we noticed missing a few weeks ago. We love our new awning! Because now, we are able to have more meals on our patio. Retractible awning seems like a good product. Seems to work well and it looks good. Maybe they have been burned before but they were very pushy about getting 50% paid up front and the rest immediately after completion. I would have rated it higher if not so pushy. An invoice was all I needed.
I just wanted to contact you to let you know what an outstanding job James did on the installation of our awning. He was professional at all times and made sure that the installation was done well and completed to our satisfaction. And all trash was removed and our patio left the way that he found it, except that we now have a beautiful awning with which we are very happy. He is a credit to your company.
