John and his crew were here yesterday and did the repair. Not only was he able to take care of the fabric problem, he also shifted the assembly so the decorative cap is now in place. I think we are good to go. I thanked John for taking care of the problem and extend the same thanks to you for helping guide us to a fair and equitable solution.

I wanted to let you know that the gentleman that came this morning was
very professional and really seemed to know what he was doing. I am at
an age where I could have retired but I plan to work until then carry me
away from my desk. I am a pretty good judge of character and of a
person ability and so far he has both.
